Knowledge management is concerned with the optimization of information flows in companies or other organizations. The focus of our research rests on the internal Knowledge Management. By the suitable and fast access to information it is possible for companies to be efficiently responsive to a dynamic environment. Essential aspects of Knowledge Management are the saving, refreshing and establishing of important information but also the development of staff collaboration in different ways.
